Returns & Refund Policy for CareLuxe

Thank you for shopping with CareLuxe. We strive to provide high-quality beauty tech products that help you achieve salon-like results at home. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.


2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories

To request a return, you must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor differences in color/design (due to lighting or screen differences)

  • Used or damaged products after delivery

  • Products without original packaging


4. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI


5. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability

  • Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost


6. Shipping Costs

  • We cover return shipping costs only for damaged, defective, or wrong products

  • In all other cases, return shipping costs (if applicable) must be borne by the customer


7. Delivery Time (Dropshipping Notice)

As a dropshipping business:

  • Orders may take 5–12 business days to be delivered

  • Delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances


8. Failed Deliveries

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply

  • No refund will be issued for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details provided by the customer
